Coinbelly Terms of Service
(Last Updated: January 14, 2015)
Thank you for using Coinbelly! These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Coinbelly (“we” or “our”) websites and services (the “Services”), so please carefully read them before using the Services.
By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms. You may use the Services only if you have the power to form a contract with Coinbelly and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so. The Services may continue to change over time as we refine and add more features. We may stop, suspend, or modify the Services at any time without prior notice to you. We may also remove any content from our Services at our discretion.
Limitations and Availability
You agree to use the Services only for purposes as permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practice in the applicable jurisdiction. The Services, or any feature or part thereof, may not be available in all languages or in all countries and Coinbelly makes no representation that the Services, or any feature or part thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to access and use the Services, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including, but not limited to, any applicable local laws.
You agree that all account information including but not limited to contact information you provide to Coinbelly during the sign up process and use of the Services will be true, accurate, complete and current information, and that you shall maintain and update your account information as needed throughout your use of the Services to keep it accurate and current. Failure to provide accurate, current and complete account information may result in the suspension and/or termination of your account.
Coinbelly provides the service “as is,” “with all faults” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coinbelly makes no (and specifically disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, that the content will be secure or not otherwise list or damaged, or any implied warranty of merchantability satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of any course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade. Some jurisdictions do not allow the foregoing exclusions. In such an event such exclusions will not apply solely to the extend prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Our Services are controlled and operated from the United States, and we make no representations that they are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you (for example via email to the email address associated with your account). Other changes may be posted to our blog or terms page, so please check those pages regularly. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
